Every guess has to be true. It must actually equal the target, so remember the order of operations: multiply before you add or subtract. If a guess misses, you'll see how it works out step by step.
After each guess, the tiles change color. Say the hidden equation is 18 + 2 × 3 = 24 and you guess:
- Green: the 1 is right, in the right spot.
- Yellow: 2 and 3 are in the equation, but in other spots.
- Gray: there's no 4.
